The Personal Construction of Experience: The case of the professional development of teachers

They are personal constructs and not truths in any other way. They relate to experiences of professional development as a teacher, course attender, reflective practitioner and educator of teachers in school, higher education and for other agencies. This personal construct or model of my beliefs and values about professional development can form the basis for my research. I can draw a similar model derived from the literature and research. I can then draw a model from my data, and compare and contrast the three models of reality.
